Did someone say oysters? Why yes. Yes, we did. For the third installment in our Chef Fama campaign, he introduces us to this incredible recipe for Oysters with a Tabanero Mignonette!
- 12 – Large Fresh Oysters
- 2 – Shallots, Finely Diced
- 1 tbsp. – Sherry Vinegar
- 1 – Lime, Juiced
- 1 tbsp. – Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. – Sugar
- 1 tbsp. – Lime Zest
- Tabañero Hot Sauce, to Taste
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Combine all the ingredients together in a sealed container. Shake thoroughly and allow the flavors to marry for at least 1 hour before serving.
Place a healthy tablespoon of the mixture on top of each shucked oyster followed by 1 drop of Tabañero hot sauce and serve cold.
