Ingredients: 1/2 tsp Tabanero sauce 1/2 cup mayo 4 tbls gorgonzola cheese 1 tbls romano cheese 1/2 shallots minced 2 tsp white wine vinegar 1 tbls chopped flat leaf parsley 1/2 cup sour cream Salt & pepper to taste   Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and refrigerate. (Good with chips, wings, crackers, and toasted french bread. Make an excellent combo by serving with Tabanero glazed wings.)

Ingredients 1 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 teaspoon TABANERO Hot Sauce 2 tablespoons heavy cream 16 graham crackers squares Kosher salt, as needed Jumbo marshmallows Directions Fill a small saucepot halfway with water, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.   Ingredients: 1 bag of nacho chips 2 cups shredded hot pepper jack cheese 2 cups shredded salsa jack cheese 2 cups shredded traditional Sonoma jack cheese 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed 2 oz.
