2 Idaho potatoes cut into wedges (about 8 per potato)
1 tsp Tabanero sauce
2 tbls Olive Oil
Heavy pinch of salt
6 tbls parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1. Brush potatoes with Tabanero and olive oil.
2. In mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and toss potatoes in mixture until lightly coated.
3. Place in baking dish and set oven to 375 degrees.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
