Tabanero Nacho Mound

Tabanero Nacho Mound featured with no meat



1 bag of nacho chips
2 cups shredded hot pepper jack cheese
2 cups shredded salsa jack cheese
2 cups shredded traditional Sonoma jack cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
2 oz. Tabanero sauce
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
[Meat] Choose between: 3/4 lb. ground beef, 2-3 grilled chicken breast depending on size, 1 1/2 cup shredded pork, or 10-14 oz. piece of flat steak.



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put half nachos on ovenproof platter and sprinkle with half of each cheese followed by a portion of the remaining ingredients. (Make sure that meat is cooked before putting on nachos.)

3. Add dashes of Tabanero to the layer and evenly coat layer with a generous amount.

4. Top with remaining chips and toppings, add another layer of Tabanero, ending with the remaining cheese.
