1 can of tuna
2 slices of white onion, chopped
3/4 stalk of celery, chopped
4 tbsp Tabanero sauce
1 boiled egg, chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise (use fat-free if less fat is desired)
1/2 small boiled potato, chopped
1 tsp pepper
1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; adjust amount of mayo to reach desired consistency; add more Tabanero to increase spice.
2. Serve as sandwich or as salad topping over lettuce.
